The last possum that got stuck in my garbage can took up 1/3rd of the bottom, this little beast took up almost the whole bottom. He was also the most pathetic, flopped over all stiff the moment I saw him, so I put the can on its side and let it scamper off when he was done playing dead.

I love photography. It can speak for me. Taking pictures allows me to communicate where words and proper punctuation fail me. It captures something I want to save and treasure. Perhaps I was able to see something others were not...magical. I am a mother of two strange and wonderful children, guardian of a ridiculous cat, a small tribe of squirrels and a posse of possums. I love anything unique and creative, a firm believer that art exists to comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable. I love to make anything, sewing, painting, home renos, art journaling and of course photography. I am thankful for my blogs as an outlet and I am truly pleased that you have taken the time to read a little bit about me, I hope one or two of my pictures makes you smile.
